Shipping Policy

At Scandia Tails, we do our best to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Below you will find details regarding our delivery zones, shipping fees, and delivery times.

Delivery within Sweden and Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway)
Shipping is free for all orders above 699 SEK. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of 49 SEK applies.

Delivery within the European Union (excluding Nordic countries)
For all orders within the EU (excluding Nordic countries), shipping is free for orders above 999 SEK. For orders below this threshold, a flat fee of 99 SEK applies.

Delivery times
The average delivery time is 2–5 business days within Europe. This may vary depending on the product and the customer’s address. Orders are shipped directly from our European partners to minimize environmental impact and ensure fast delivery.

International deliveries (outside the EU)
We also deliver to selected countries outside the European Union, including the USA and Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated according to parcel weight and destination:

• Up to 5 kg → 55 €

• For heavier parcels, costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

⚠️ Please note that customs duties and local taxes may apply in the destination country. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
